All rooms are non-smoking!

Room rates are per night double occupancy and do not include Massachusetts state and local room occupancy tax. There is an additional per night charge of $25.00 per night for each extra person.  A 50% deposit on all reservations of 4 nights or more is required, and payable in full on 3 nights or less. Any balance is due upon arrival. Major credit cards accepted. A 10% service charge will be deducted on all canceled reservations; your deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. On shorter notice, less than 14 days, the deposit is refunded only on the resale of the entire reservation. Your accommodations will be ready for occupancy after 2:00PM. Prior notice is required if you plan to arrive after 6:00PM. Sorry, no pets.
